Look what I Got!!

Babys Heartbeat & First Sonogram

Today Tracy and I get to hear the heartbeat for the first time at 3:30. We are very excited and hope all goes well. In addition to the heartbeat we are having the first sonogram done. This is going to be the most amazing day every. We hope to have the sonograms posted here by tonight for everyone to see. Keep Tracy and our baby in your prayers.




Well...we just got back from our app. and it's all good in the hood so far! we heard the baby's heartbeat..a strong 159 beats a min!! the doctor said if she had to guess ...she would say its a girl just from how easy it was to locate the heartbeat. We'll have to see if her predictions are true. But we were a little disapointed to find that we werent having a sonogram today like we thought. Boo hiss grr! so we'll just have to wait to SEE our precious little butterbean! Im prob. going to change docs because this one is turning out to be a real sour ball! (She's a little on the rude side.) So keep me in your thoughts as im on the hunt for a new doctor!

Clay's gonna be a daddy!

When clay found out he was going to be a dad...he couldnt believe it...but now he is in full daddy patrol mode...he is the most cautious expectant dad i have ever met! But dont get me wrong..im loving every min. of it! well, mostly. he did get a little over zealous at Babys'R'us. he was testing all the strollers for safety features and timing me to see how long it took me to fold it up...then he would freak out if i was being to rough trying to get the carseat part out , shouting that i was shaking the baby too much! nothing there seemed good enough for HIS baby. At least i dont have to worry that he wont be envolved enough..! He is being such a trooper...he lets me be lazy somedays and doesnt complain when i dont feel like cooking ..AGAIN. He will get up in the middle of the night to go make me a grilled cheese or a s'more.. or whatever crazy foods i crave, and he SURE has not minded how early i go to bed now. He is going to be the best daddy !
